Do you find yourself being worried or concerned about the state of which Christians might be able to worship or minister in the future?

Today this thought crossed my mind and suddenly I remembered all those who have gone before us. Some were able to live their lives peacefully and without conflict from organizations or the government intervening. Whereas, some have lived in countries with persecution. We have been blessed beyond measure to live in a country where we could serve the Lord Jesus Christ freely.

Moving forward, this may not always be the case. Although as I see in the scripture, the gates of hell will not prevail against the church. Jesus at some point will step in and suddenly things will change. This may not happen today, tomorrow of even a month from now, but be assured it will happen. He will one day rapture his church, his bride and those left behind will go through some of the darkest days in history.

Until that day, through hardship or through ease, may we continue to share Christ with those around us to preserve for future generations a Godly heritage.
